The Phoenix Code is a six-week spiritual transformation and healing program created by Tammie Frank for individuals navigating grief, trauma, addiction, emotional pain, or personal reinvention.
Rooted in Tammie’s own lived experiences of profound loss and recovery, the program combines emotional healing, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, self-reflection, and spiritual growth to help participants reconnect with their true selves.
Through guided lessons, journaling, practical exercises, and transformational practices. The Phoenix Code is designed to help people release survival patterns, build healthier emotional awareness, develop inner peace and resilience, and create a more intentional, empowered life.
